Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Your password is stored as a secure hash, not as plain text.

When you use Puzzlil, we store the books, presets, and settings you create. This data is saved so you can return to your projects later.

We automatically collect basic usage information, such as when you log in, what features you use, and general performance data. This helps us keep the app working well.

We do not collect payment card information. If paid subscriptions are added in the future, payment details will be handled directly by a third-party payment processor, not stored by us.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your account
• Save and display your books and presets
• Send you important account or service updates
• Improve the app and fix problems
• Enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Access to your data is restricted by security rules so that only you can view or edit your own projects, unless you contact us for support.

Cookies

Puzzlil uses cookies only for essential functions, such as keeping you logged in. We do not use cookies for advertising.

Your Rights

You can update your account information at any time from your settings page.

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, books, presets, and account data. This cannot be undone.

You can contact us to ask what data we hold about you or to request deletion of specific data.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Service providers that help us run Puzzlil, such as our database and hosting providers
• If required by law

Children

Puzzlil is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
