These terms govern your use of Puzzlil. By creating an account or using Puzzlil, you agree to these terms.

What Puzzlil Is

Puzzlil is a tool for creating puzzle book interiors and covers for self-publishing, including for platforms such as Amazon KDP. You use the tool to generate content, then export and use that content as you choose.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Puzzlil.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start a trial. After the trial ends, account creation and export features are paused until a paid subscription is available and active. Your existing books and presets are not deleted when a trial ends.

Your Content

You own the puzzle books, covers, and other content you create using Puzzlil. We do not claim ownership over anything you generate or export.

You are responsible for how you use and publish content created with Puzzlil, including meeting the requirements of any platform you publish to, such as Amazon KDP.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Puzzlil for anything illegal
• Try to break, hack, or interfere with Puzzlil’s systems
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Resell or redistribute Puzzlil itself as your own product

Service Availability

We aim to keep Puzzlil available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend parts of the service to fix issues or make improvements.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings page. This permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Puzzlil is provided as is. We do our best to make sure puzzles are generated correctly and exports meet standard formatting requirements, but we do not guarantee that every export will be accepted by every publishing platform. You should review your exported files before publishing.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Puzzlil, including lost sales, lost data, or publishing rejections.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Puzzlil after changes means you accept the updated terms.
